Accessing This Knowledge Base Guide

There is no need to remember where to find this knowledge base.
To access the Forest Rock Knowledge Base, first navigate to Our Online Web Shop.
Once the page has loaded, locate the main navigation bar at the top of the site

and click on the “Resources” tab. This will open a drop-down menu displaying several options;

From here, simply select “Knowledge Base”. This will take you directly to this Knowledge Base, where you can browse articles, technical guides, and support documentation. There is also a Downloads site as well as a fairly detailed list of Product Datasheets | Forest Rock

Technical Support

We provide technical support to our clients  during business hours for a range of products:

  1. Tridium Niagara products – requires Tridium Niagara annual Support agreement with Forest Rock.

  2. Skyspark Analytics – requires SkySpark annual Support agreement with Forest Rock.

  3. Any other product purchased from Forest Rock – free technical support.
