UAC28-IP Unitary Application Controller
The new UAC28-IP expands the iSMA CONTROLLI controller range with a scalable controller platform for HVAC plant and process control applications.
Seamless programming and integration
The USB-C port facilitates local programming and allows the controller to be powered directly from a computer. Users can choose between the free, portable iC Tool for managing multiple
devices, or the Niagara Framework® extension, which enables programming directly via Niagara Workbench.
Expandable and scalable
28 onboard inputs and outputs can be easily extended with a group of 22 types of Multiprotocol I/O Modules from 4 to 38 I/Os, increasing controller capabilities during installation or in the future.
Integration and connectivity
Effortlessly integrate with Building Management Systems (BMS) and IoT platforms using our auto-exposure functionality, ensuring smooth and seamless connectivity.
Future-proof architecture
Optimised for new building infrastructure, the device offers native support for IP-based BACnet, Modbus, and Haystack 4 protocols, alongside a built-in web server for seamless visualisation.
The fail-safe Ethernet switch enables daisy-chaining, ensuring uninterrupted IP communication even during power failures.
