The MELCOJACE-8000 provides a connection to Centralised Controllers AE-200E / EW-50E, to control up to 200 indoor units via a direct connection to a Niagara based system or using Modbus or BACnet open protocols.

Optional BMS Interfaces for Mitsubishi AE‑400
The AE‑400 (and AE‑400/EW‑C50 family) does not expose native BACnet or Modbus directly from the base unit. BMS integration is achieved using optional Mitsubishi Electric interface modules connected to M‑NET or via the AE controller layer (Yet to be released)

Role: Exposes indoor unit objects (status, setpoints, alarms, modes) as BACnet objects

Limitation: Focused on HVAC objects only (not full AE schedule logic)
